Job Summary

We’re looking for a Server who delivers exceptional service and embodies CALA’s welcoming, high-energy atmosphere. This role is vital to ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience for every guest.

You’ll work closely with the management, bar, and kitchen teams to maintain excellent service standards, engage with guests, and support overall restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Develop and execute upselling strategies to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with floor leads and the Bar Manager to maintain smooth and consistent service.
• Assist with section assignments and daily floor setup to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests and supporting the team.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Server in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
