Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring coordinated care and effective communication processes for clients. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and evidence-based strategies to clients experiencing acute distress or mental health emergencies. \n
- Engage actively in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing the stigma around mental health issues. \n
You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from varied backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role is pivotal in creating a safe space for clients, encouraging them to express their concerns and work towards positive change. Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients. \n
- Demonstrated cultural competence in working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. \n
- Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities, essential for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client records and progress notes. \n

- Proficient in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for client management and documentation. \n
