This role works closely with injured employees, supervisors, medical providers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators to ensure timely and effective claim resolution. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing workers’ compensation claims from intake through closure. Knowledge of workers’ compensation laws, regulations, and claims administration practices. Experience coordinating return-to-work and transitional duty programs. Strong investigation, documentation, and case management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, medical providers, and insurance partners. Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor workers’ compensation claims to ensure timely reporting and resolution. Coordinate with insurance carriers, TPAs, medical providers, and legal representatives. Facilitate return-to-work and accommodation efforts for injured employees. Maintain compliance with state and federal workers’ compensation requirements. Analyze claim trends and recommend loss prevention strategies. Support employee safety initiatives and injury prevention programs. Maintain accurate claim documentation and reporting. Why Goodwill?
