Build & install decks (TimberTech composite, PVC wrapping, framing, railings, stairs)
Install windows & doors with proper framing, flashing, and trim
Install vinyl or cedar siding , exterior trim, and weatherproofing
Perform interior & exterior finish carpentry (casing, baseboard, crown, custom trim)
Assist with remodels , framing, flooring, and structural adjustments
Read plans, take accurate measurements, and complete layouts
Maintain clean, safe, professional job sites
Communicate clearly with the team and clients What Were Looking For:
5+ years of handson residential carpentry experience
Strong understanding of framing, finish work, and exterior installations
Ability to work independently AND with a crew
Problemsolving skills & corrective carpentry experience
Proficiency with power tools and jobsite equipment
Reliable transportation & basic tool set
