Change Management Analyst

Supporting the integrity of systems, the full-time remote Change Management Analyst will create and maintain change management policies and procedures, coordinate with teams for release support, and manage the overall change management process. Key responsibilities Analyze proposed changes to assess their impact on overall systems Coordinate recording of modifications and establish change-reporting procedures Create and maintain reports for senior leadership related to Change Management Required qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, change management, or software configuration management Three years of experience in financial services strongly preferred Experience establishing SLAs and availability goals to meet business requirements Familiarity with regulatory, privacy, security, and associated laws and regulations
