Location: Windsor, CT Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Day Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Requirements: Previous shipping and receiving, warehouse associate, or warehouse worker experience preferred. Strong forklift operating experience (required). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. Experience loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently. Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices. Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Team player committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Steel-toed shoes required.

Job Duties: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and documentation. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for on-time shipping and delivery. Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment. Load and unload trucks while following warehouse safety procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control. Organize warehouse inventory to maximize efficiency and productivity. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Work independently while supporting overall warehouse operations. Assist with general shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties as assigned.
