Key Responsibilities :

• Review and verify vehicle title documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and ship completed title packets to state agencies, dealerships, and business partners.
• Maintain and update records related to vehicle titles and assist with data entry.
• Help resolve title-related issues and discrepancies.
• Support the team with general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
• Manage the corporate mail log and ensure timely processing of incoming mail.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications :

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with data entry and office software.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.
