Service Supervisor

Job Summary Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to work directly with our customer‑facing service team both on route and in‑house. This middle‑management position has supervisory and leadership accountability, overseeing service delivery, customer relationship management, contract renewals, internal sales, route structure, and driver compliance. Responsibilities Supervise the service team providing customer service, sales, pickup, and delivery of products. Hire, train, develop, and evaluate the service team to ensure high customer service and product quality. Drive a company‑owned vehicle to customer sites and assist the team with lifting, carrying, and walking at accounts. Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle renewal of customer contracts. Drive internal sales and sustain an efficient route structure. Ensure driver compliance and safety regulations. Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation of prior employment regarding a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Preferred Experience Experience in a sales‑related role. Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry. Training or instructor experience.
