Bilingual Advanced Technology Admin Assistant

HotFoot Recruiters is partnering with an established MEP engineering consulting firm to hire a Bilingual Advanced Technology Admin Assistant supporting its Advanced Technology team in Phoenix, AZ. This role will split time between the company's Phoenix office and a major semiconductor project site, providing administrative and project support to engineers working across both locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable supporting technical teams, and able to communicate professionally in both Mandarin and English. Position: Bilingual Advanced Technology Admin Assistant Location: Phoenix / North Phoenix, AZ Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Salary: $50,000-$60,000 DOE Language: Mandarin-English bilingual required Schedule: 2 days project site + 2 days office + Friday WFH after probation Qualifications Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English required. Previous administrative, project-assistant, coordinator, or office-support experience preferred. Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable supporting engineers, project managers, clients, and field personnel. Experience in engineering, construction, semiconductor, or professional services is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel between office and project locations. Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Advanced Technology engineering team. Coordinate schedules, meetings, calendars, and project-site activities. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation. Maintain organized project files and assist with document control. Track action items, deadlines, and administrative project deliverables. Coordinate communication between engineers, project teams, clients, and office staff. Support logistics for engineers working between the office and project site. Assist with onboarding, site-access coordination, and general team support as needed.
