Anyone eager to be on a team that doesn't stop to ask what's next, because they're already building it.The OpportunityKargo is looking for an Associate Client Services Manager who will assist in managing client-facing relationships on post-sale direct or programmatic accounts, providing white-glove service through campaign management, building client rapport, and ensuring client retention and growth through upsell opportunities. In addition to client communication, this person assists as a liaison across internal departments to manage end-to-end execution and work harmoniously with sales on a shared book of business to drive brand strategy.The Daily To-DoDeep understanding of our products, offerings, and best practices to support campaign strategy and meet client objectivesAssist in day-to-day relationships and all phases of a direct and programmatic campaign life cycle, inclusive of brand strategy, kick-off calls, tag + asset collection, creative development, trafficking, performance reporting/optimizations, troubleshooting, delivery and invoicing.Provide best-in-class client service to cultivate relationships to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growthAssist in identifying client needs and implement strategic solutions to help drive partnershipCollaborate with internal cross-functional teams; sales, operations, design, product, and finance to ensure campaign performance is metAnalyze and deliver reporting, insights, and results to clientsIdentify and generate client outreach for incremental, upsell, and renewal opportunitiesAssist in troubleshooting direct and programmatic campaigns or delayed revenue before routing for escalation if promptedFunnel demand-side needs or revenue blockers to internal teams to ensure Kargo is well-positioned to grow and retain businessPartner with more Senior members of the CS team to foster strategic growthQualifications1+ years experience in Digital Media working with AdTech partners (i.e., Sales Support, Account Management, Agency Planning/Buying/AdOps)Familiarity with industry jargon and media in metrics is preferredMS Suite and Google Suite proficient (i.e, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides)High attention to detail, proactive and solution-orientedThrives in a team environment and collaborates well with othersStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver well-positioned presentationsOrganizational skills with the ability to use available resources to reach solutionsAble to multitask and prioritize based on account tier and urgency dailyStrong analytical skills to deliver reporting insightsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceIn accordance with applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for variable compensation — either the Kargo Sales Incentive Plan (sales roles) or an annual discretionary bonus (all other roles).
