Shift Leader (Full-Time & Part-Time)Bring the Sunshine ??

Ready to lead, have fun, and make a difference every shift? Tropical Smoothie Cafe is looking for energetic, dependable Shift Leaders who love great customer service, supporting their team, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate the crew
Coach and support team members
Help manage daily operations, opening/closing, and cash handling
Ensure smooth operation of the cafe, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and preparing smoothies with precision and efficiency
Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and meet operational goals

What We Offer

$14.00–$16.00 per hour
Up to an additional $5/hour in tips

Requirements:

As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

At least 18 years old
Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Leadership or shift management experience is a plus
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
Dependable, organized, and positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
