Human Resources Generalist - Retail

Managing Partner, HR Executive Search and Temporary HR Staffing at HR Search Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, some data entry related to payroll and benefits, and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. Responsibilities Oversee weekly onboarding (on-site in Peoria) Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process Assist with payroll and benefits administration Assist with employee relations Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area preferred 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources Strong interpersonal and communication skills Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr HR Search Company LLC
