Inbound/Outbound Call Center Agent

We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives for a brand-new call center. This position will accept incoming and make outgoing calls to prequalify clients to purchase a medical device. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service/sales experience in a call center setting.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written, including active listening and clear articulation.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Customer service orientation: A focus on providing exceptional customer experiences and building positive relationships.
  • Product and service knowledge: Familiarity with company offerings and policies.
  • Technical proficiency: Comfort with using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  • Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to handle a high volume of calls and adapt to changing situations.
  • Sales skills: For roles involving outbound
