BCBA: Lead ABA Programs for Autism

BCBA The BCBA is responsible for the design and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis treatment programs for children with Autism. This position includes, but is not limited to managing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), providing training to both staff and client caregivers, and overseeing data collection and reporting to ensure the highest level of care. Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses RBT The RBT works under the supervision of our BCBA’s to implement Applied Behavior Analysis treatment programs for children with Autism. Other duties include, but are not limited to collecting data on client skills and behavior, helping plan general classroom activities, and building rapport with client caregivers. Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) Looking for experienced SLP to work with pediatric clients. The SLP is responsible for diagnosis and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. This position also includes providing training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals. Preferred experience includes working with clients with autism spectrum disorder and feeding therapy. Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Occupational Therapist (OT) Looking for experienced OT to work with pediatric clients. The OT is responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations to identify the client’s condition and needs, and creating customized interventions to improve and develop the client’s skills to reach their targets. This position also includes providing training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals.
