In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll be responsible for preparing artisan breads and pastries using traditional methods and top-tier ingredients. From mixing and shaping to baking and finishing, your expertise in classic techniques-including working with levain and starters-will help elevate our bakery and casino restaurant offerings.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in a bakery or restaurant setting, a strong understanding of baking principles, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. If you're detail-oriented, thrive under pressure, and are ready to bring your creativity and skill to a team that values excellence and growth, we'd love to hear from you.
