About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor for JV and Contracts Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties related to current and future joint ventures, including contracts management, document control, and reporting. This role involves the coordination of JV contractual requirements with internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing contracts with all partners, and administering technical documents in line with industry standards. The Senior Advisor will also be involved in the process of joint venturing with project partners, handling all contract-related aspects, and ensuring the implementation of contract terms to protect the company's interests. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in legal and contracts management, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar field. Required skills include a strong understanding of contract functions, legal documentation, and contract execution. The role demands excellent communication, presentation, and administration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and within a multi-cultural environment. The Senior Advisor will be expected to bring innovative and creative problem-solving approaches, and to maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
