Mission Yogur t is seeking a Prep Cook to join our team at The Bindery at Denver International Airport. This position requires open availability. This prep cook will be directly supporting our Pastry Chef and is a great opportunity to learn more about pastry! The Prep Cook helps keep the kitchen running smoothly by prepping ingredients, following recipes, and keeping work areas clean and organized. This role supports the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment while following food safety and sanitation standards. We offer a full, affordable benefits package! What We Are Looking For: Previous experience as a line cook, BOH prep, grill cook, team member Prior experience working in pastry is strongly preferred Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
