Opportunity
- Seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor with an established book of business and approximately $1MM+ in Assets Under Management (AUM) .
- Opportunity for an advisor who is ready for greater flexibility, autonomy, and ownership .
- Potential for firm equity and increased control over the P&L .
- Ideal opportunity for an advisor who wants to have greater ownership and control over the business they have built.
Compensation
- Compensation is based directly on the value of the AUM the advisor brings to the firm.
- Earning potential is tied to the advisor's established book of business and contribution to the firm.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be an experienced Wealth Advisor with a proven track record.
- Must have approximately $1MM+ in AUM to bring to the firm.
- Must currently be established in the Boulder, Colorado area .
- Local candidates only — relocation candidates will not be considered.
Ideal Candidate
- Successful advisor looking to take the next step toward greater independence and ownership .
- Values flexibility and increased influence over business operations and financial performance.
- Interested in building long-term equity and ownership in the business rather than simply managing a book of clients.
