OSP Engineer

Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications provider, is looking for an OSP (Outside Plant) Bandwidth Augments Planner. Position Summary: This role identifies, plans, and initiates OSP network augmentation projects that expand bandwidth capacity, improve service reliability, and support customer growth across the OSP network. The planner evaluates existing network infrastructure, develops cost-effective augmentation solutions, prepares planning-level scopes and estimates, and partners with cross-functional teams to secure funding and transition approved work into engineering and construction. The position supports bandwidth growth by translating capacity needs into funded, executable OSP augmentation projects.
