Ultrasound Technologist - Plant City, FL

Location: Plant City, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7 A.M. - 7:30 P.M.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various ultrasound procedures, including ABD, GYN, venous, arterial, carotid, and small parts imaging. The role involves operating advanced ultrasound equipment and ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and interpret imaging results.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during examinations.
• Document and maintain clear, accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Participate in departmental quality assurance and improvement activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must be a registered Ultrasound Technologist (ARDMS or equivalent).
• Experience in general and vascular ultrasound preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
