Job Description Experience: Senior Level Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year Job Details Senior Accountant – Manufacturing Responsibilities Support the monthly and year-end financial close process Prepare and review accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP Assist with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements and related disclosures Analyze expense and account variances and provide explanations to management Support budgeting and forecasting activitiesli> Assist with customer billing and related accounting activities Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies as needed Assist with the annual external audit process Research accounting issues and provide recommendations or solutions Partner with internal team members to ensure accurate and timely financial information Take ownership of assigned accounting responsibilities while supporting the broader accounting team as needed Qualifications 5+ years of professional accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles Experience with month-end close and financial reporting Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to research financial issues and identify appropriate solutions Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities Proactive, hands‑on approach with a willingness to jump in where needed Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Oracle EBS experience preferred Manufacturing or international accounting experience is a plus What This Role Offers This is an opportunity to join an established, growing organization where the Senior Accountant will have meaningful exposure to financial reporting, close processes, budgeting and forecasting, billing, and audit activities.
