Greet and welcome families, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries 
Assist families with enrollment questions, and general information 
Assist with scheduling appointments, tours, and meetings 
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries  
Communicate with parents and staff regarding daily needs and updates 
Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front office 
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality 
Provide support to the Director and administrative team as needed

Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
Supervise and engage with children during play, learning activities, meals, and outdoor time 
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom 
Support teachers with transitions, nap time, and daily schedules 
Encourage positive behavior and help children develop social and emotional skills 
Assist with meals and snacks 
Follow all health, safety, and childcare policies 
Communicate respectfully and professionally with children, families, and staff 
Complete other classroom duties as assigned by the Director or up front ma
