Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Nursing Assistant Location: Brandon, SD Employment Shift: Full‑time Days (6AM – 2PM or 6AM – 6PM) including every other weekend. Starting Pay Range: $17.50 – $22.00 per hour + Shift Differential. Wage is determined based on years of experience. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide light housekeeping and cleaning of resident rooms and equipment. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary. Participate in resident activities and recreational programs. Attend to all resident personal hygiene and personal care needs, including but not limited to grooming, hygiene, dining and nutritional needs, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needs. Consistently work with all neighborhood team members, led by resident and family preferences to meet the needs and desires of each resident. Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred, but not required. Willingness to complete on-the-job training if not certified. Compassion, patience, and a desire to work with seniors. Strong communication skills. Ability to work the weekend shift and every other weekend. Benefits Competitive hourly wage.
