P.F. Chang's Pay Range (based on experience): $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 / year Hiring immediately for our salaried full-time Restaurant Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Assistant Operating Partner. Experience working in a hands‑on, fast paced, high volume environment Ability to mentor and train team members Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods and overall control of financials Adapt quickly to a variety of work environments, and work effectively with different types of people Why work for us?
