Responsibilities Ensure completion of staff competencies and annual training Conduct in-services, audits, and education to promote best practices within the facility Assist with the orientation of all new employees Be an example of best practices within the facility Head antibiotic stewardship program Maintain infection control log Work hours as assigned Maintain accurate and organized employee records Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing in the state of MA Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, residents, and family members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills Commitment to delivering exceptional care and services, with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction #J-18808-Ljbffr Aperion Care
