Junior Service Carpenter

About This OpportunityWe're seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Service Carpenter to join our growing team in Lebanon, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities- Perform carpentry work on residential and commercial service calls
- Install, repair, and maintain wooden structures, fixtures, and components
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Assist senior carpenters with project setup and completion
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic carpentry knowledge or hands-on experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous carpentry or construction experience
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment
- OSHA safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills
