About the role
The Kindness Team Captain creates a unique interaction between our customers, budtenders, and retail partners in support of sales execution, market growth, and industry dominance. Oversee the daily operations of the Kindness Team, scheduling, leading and demonstrating Kindness Team training, mission and values. Communicating field information to the Field Marketing Manager. Leads budtender education and is a reliable source of information on all things Timeless & its house of brands.
Always greeting patients and dispensary staff with a smile and making the member feel comfortable and cared for. Ensuring patient satisfaction and being personable. Always making the patient and dispensary staff feel like their every need has been met and that their experience will be smooth and seamless. Have the ability to handle any situation with patience and professionalism.
Communicate with all necessary departments easily using company procedures. Must work as a team with everyone and be able to ensure flow and transparency throughout the company. Follow the chain of command set in place when questions or issues evolve.
Responsibilities
- Assists with daily operations and communication with the Kindness Team
- Assists with scheduling Kindness Team for ISAs, Blitz, 3rd party & Timeless Branded Events, Trainings & Budtender Educations
- Communicates info, data & questions that come directly from the field
- Assists with updating Budtender Education Presentations, Facilitating budtender educations in the field, executing first class interactive budtender educations with our partnered dispensaries
- Assists with leading trainings in the field
- Sorts and files all Kindness Team Field recaps - communicated key takeaways to Kindness Team Manager
- Assists in organizing photos from events & recaps and upload them to the drive - sends key photos to Kindness Team Manager
- Helps organize and coordinate merchandise inventory & promotions before and after each ISA, Blitz, Budtender Ed, etc.
- Organizes monthly marketing collateral and preps for delivery as well as assigning travel routes
- Assists with preparation and delivery of monthly Budtender incentives
- Exemplifying the Timeless and its house of brands' in-store experience
- Ensuring the Kindness Team is dressed according to brand and following brand policy and dispensary interaction.
- Assists in managing field data and organizes monthly training with the Kindness team
- Leads field training of Kindness Team members with positive intent, striving to make the Timeless Kindness Team the best it can be.
- Engage patients and dispensary staff as the face of Timeless and its house of brands with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
- Ensure the Timeless brand inside the dispensary reflects Timeless Brands' merchandising strategy and standards.
- Be aware of customer flow and staff brand engagement.
- Open communication with Kindness Team Manager and Kindness Team.

Experience
- 1-2 years experience managing teams
- 2 years experience in a similar hospitality role
Educational Background / Certificates
- Associates Degree in a related field of study (preferred)
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to work 40-hour weeks with opportunities for overtime
- Reliable transportation
- Valid state-issued ID
