• Hours/Week: Full-time, flexible schedule based on call needs

• Licensure/Certifications: Active Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Experience: Prior Urology or related specialty experience preferred

What You ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive urology care and patient management
• Conduct in-person consultations and follow-ups
• Support procedures such as stent placements, kidney stone management, and hematuria assessment
• Respond to call-ins and assist with hospital admissions and discharges
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with hospital staff and physicians to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Respond within 20 minutes for onsite call-backs, with an expected 2-4 hours onsite per day during call shifts

What You Need:

• Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Urology experience
• At least 1-2 years of practice in a urology or comparable setting
• Ability to respond promptly to call-outs and provide high-quality patient care
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in hospital-based urology units
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
