Job Title
List of general duties but not limited to:
- Clean dishes/wares drying properly & not wet stacked
- Pancake guns disassembled, cleaned, & put away
- Clean dish area hand sink
- Clean all walls & stainless surfaces
- Drain & clean all sinks
- Drain, power off, & wipe down dish machine
- Sweep, scrub, squeegee all floors & clean out drains
- Take out all trash & boxes
- Dish racks organized & cup dollies clean
- Area reset for tomorrow: glass racks; pans for silver/ramekins
- Prepare sanitizer buckets for tomorrow
- Clean out mop sink; Brooms, dust pans, and squeegees stored
