What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Grill Cook, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to the students and staff at Cedarville University. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and grilling a variety of foods to perfection while ensuring quality and consistency. - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation standards. - Assisting with food prep and kitchen operations as needed. - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy meal periods. - Lifting and handling up to 50 pounds as part of daily kitchen tasks.
What We’re Looking For: Skills & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar food service environment. - A strong understanding of grilling techniques and food preparation. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
