Position Summary

We are looking for compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide non-medical companion care and personal assistance to seniors and individuals needing extra support at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility/transfers.
• Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations, hobbies, and activities to keep clients socially active and comfortable.
• Light Housekeeping: Help maintain a clean and safe living environment (laundry, dishwashing, dusting, trash removal).
• Meal Preparation: Plan and cook nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Errands & Transportation: Assist with grocery shopping, running light errands, or accompanying clients to local appointments.
• Reminders: Provide routine medication reminders and keep light observation notes on client well-being.

What We Look For

• A warm, empathetic, and reliable personality.
• Experience: Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or nursing assisting (CNA/PCA) is a plus, but a compassionate attitude is key.
• Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (preferred).
  • Ability to pass a standard background check and reference checks.
  • Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
