DeCoach Recovery is a leading addiction treatment center dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. We offer a range of evidence-based treatments and therapies tailored to each patients unique needs with a focus on long-term recovery and wellness.
The Need:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Clinical Services for our Dayton in-patient facility. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a collaborative team and overseeing clinical operations. As the Director of Clinical Services you will implement treatment protocols hire and supervise clinical staff monitor clinical performance data implement improvements and develop strategic goals while ensuring high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership & Operations: Directs daily clinical activities implements treatment protocols and ensures high standards of patient care.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensures strict adherence to federal state and local regulations and legal policies.
- Staff Management: Hires trains supervises and evaluates clinical staff performance.
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develops strategic goals manages budgets and oversees resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Monitors clinical performance data reviews documentation and implements improvements.
- Communication & Liaison: Serves as a liaison between medical staff administration patients and families.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A degree in healthcare administration nursing or a related field is preferred
- Licensure: Preferred licensure would be an active LISW LISW-S LPCC or LPSS-S
- Experience: Proven experience in clinical leadership management or a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication strategic planning and financial management skills.
