We are a growing commercial construction company with a self-perform focus. Based in Prineville, OR with a satellite office in The Dalles, we self-perform concrete, framing, finish carpentry and more. The majority (not all) of our work is prevailing wage on schools, fire stations, and parks. Take a look at our website to see the scope of our work.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to follow and maintain all required safety procedures and processes
- Construct, erect, and install structures and fixtures made of wood, such as concrete forms
- Building frameworks, including partitions, joists, studding, and rafters
- Install window and door frames
- Ability to install siding, drywall and batt insulation
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Use measuring devices and read tape
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years commercial carpentry and concrete experience
- Provide own tools relevant to the trade
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites
- ** Employer conducts pre-employment drug screening- including marijuana**
