Handle compensation and benefits matters in M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, and other transactions. Collaborate with partners across offices to support Corporate and Tax groups. Gain early ownership of workstreams and exposure to high-value matters. Requirements 2-7 years of experience, ideally in a large law firm. Strong academic background. Interest in a collaborative, national practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Texas or eligibility to waive in. Skills Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
