Associate Veterinarian - Brand-New Hospital

I am delighted to be working with one of the most respected practices locally, who have just moved into a brand-new, purpose-built hospital - and it's nothing short of impressive.

This team has been a staple of the community since 2016, known for genuine client relationships and gold-standard care. Now, with the expansion complete, they're growing from a two-doctor practice to a four-doctor team and are looking for another dedicated veterinarian to join them. You'll be the third vet to join this newly expanded team, growing to a four-doctor practice by next May.

What They're Looking For

• A DVM (or equivalent) and license to practice in CT
• Someone who values collaboration, communication, and modern medicine.
• A positive, grounded professional who enjoys what they do and brings ideas to the table.
• Leadership interest or previous experience would be a real plus.

The Package

• Base salary: $128,000-$160,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Prosal structure for added earning potential
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
