SSIS Program Integrator

Program Integrator (PI) - SSIS Program Portfolio Report directly to the Program Office, managing overall program mission integration, cost and schedule alignment, risk and opportunity management, and day-to-day coordination with functional partners. Responsibilities Assist with daily program execution using Agile planning methodology. Conduct risk/opportunity reviews, LRE reviews and on-time delivery reviews (OTD). Prepare, revise, update and monitor required documentation and analysis to comply with contract requirements, RTX Life Cycle Product Management (RLPM), corporate and business policies and procedures. Meet contractual commitments—including financial, technical and schedule performance of assigned program(s)—within contractual boundaries and company expectations. Develop program‑enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (e.g., Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and administrative functions). Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare for customer visits. Assist with program proposals, including kickoff packages, status meetings and submit gate packages for leadership review. Serve as Program Backlog Manager, using the JIRA tool suite and coordinate the Program Increment planning cycle to assess program performance. Drive risk and opportunity management for predictable program execution. Support domestic travel as required. What You Will Learn Raytheon and RTX business acumen. Qualifications U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret). Typical requirement: University degree (or equivalent) plus minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Advanced degree in a related field plus minimum 7 years of experience. Prior experience working cross‑functionally and providing leadership support. Experience with financial analysis and project management tools/systems. Strong business acumen; ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and programmatic data. Experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry. Working knowledge of contract formation and execution. Demonstrated experience with contracts management and product lifecycle management. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong mentoring skills, both technically and professionally. Experience with proposal submittals and gate packages. Preferred: PMP, RTX Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent.
