MRI TechnologistWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our imaging team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires a strong understanding of MRI protocols, anatomy, and imaging techniques.ResponsibilitiesOperate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the process.Evaluate images for quality and completeness, and communicate findings to radiologists as needed.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and facility standards.Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.Adhere to safety guidelines related to magnetic fields and contrast administration.Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.QualificationsMust be a graduate from an accredited school of radiology with an additional year of MRI training.Experience required.ARRT certification required.
