Rad Tech - Cath Lab/EP - Encinitas

New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify. Join the Cardiac Cath Lab team at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas as a full-time, 0.9 FTE Radiologic Technologist. This position works 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, primarily Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced procedural cardiology setting. This position participates in a shared evening, overnight, weekend, and STEMI call rotation. Candidates must be able to respond on-site within 30 minutes when called in for STEMI or other urgent procedures. The following are not eligible for hiring incentives: Internal candidates Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of experience) In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met: Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter) Must remain in original department/specialty Must remain in original Job Title Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter. Qualifications Required Certification/ Specialized Skills: CRT Fluoro BLS from the American Heart Association Excellent interpersonal skills. Preferred Licensure /Experience: ARRT 1-2 years of experience in Cath Lab Scrub, circulate, and monitor in EP and Cath Lab experience Ability to manage/prioritize during a crisis or stressful situation Knowledge of patient-focused care delivery
