Job Summary:
The Data/Information Architect - Consultant is responsible for supporting data architecture, analytics, dashboard development, and CRM-related solutions. This role transforms data into actionable insights, supports reporting platforms, and maintains documentation to ensure long-term system usability and improvement. Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis on operational and financial datasets to support business decisions
- Develop and support public-facing dashboards and reporting solutions
- Work in database environments such as MS SQL Server Management and Azure Synapse
- Provide development and support for CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot
- Participate in SDLC activities using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, and DevOps
- Create detailed documentation for dashboards, processes, and future system modifications
- Experience in Tableau development and deployment
- Working knowledge of database principles and design
- Experience in CRM development and support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong data analysis experience
- Business analyst skills
- Ability to explain and document complex concepts for different audiences
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, R, Python, and SAS
- Fully onsite work requirement
- Schedule: 5 days per week
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Duration: 12 months
