You will be responsible for serving Benefits clients, including both client companies and their employees. Working within a service team of Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Marketing Analysts, and others, along with consultants/sales producers, the Benefits Account Manager plays a key role in delivering a client experience that achieves the quality and service standards developed by the agency.The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for leading pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes and serving as a resource to clients on daily service needs, current market conditions, and regulatory changes. The position also requires timely and accurate documentation in agency management systems.Qualifications2+ years of employee benefits experience, to include group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary productsExperience with self-funded plan a plusWell versed in customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communicationsProficient in computer software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe.
