Seven Healthcare are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant II for a travel assignment in Cary, NC. This role requires an experienced professional with recent OBGYN experience to support a dynamic healthcare team. You will work in a clinical setting, performing vital tasks to ensure the quality of patient care and clinic operations.

- Perform rooming and intake process, collecting patient data and vital signs
- Review and record patient medical and social history
- Assist provider during treatments, exams, and procedures
- Administer medications and perform phlebotomy
- Perform tests such as EKGs and eye exams
- Prepare and sanitize exam and treatment rooms
- Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and clinic supply management
- Precept new hires and train medical assistants
- Assist in emergency situations as directed
- Medical Assistant certification from AAMA, AMT, CCMA, NRCMA, or NCMA
- Basic Life Support Certification from AHA or ARC
- Minimum one year of full-time experience as a Medical Assistant, Certified
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency in using electronic medical records
