The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask, and demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication. Consistent follow‐through and clear communication are key to success in this role. • Exceptional written communication (including grammar, spelling, and formatting) and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of; real estate principles and practices, finance, budgets, and facilities management.
• Ability to negotiate.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair procedures.
• Absolute commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to read and understand government codes, regulations, community governing documents, and financial reports.
• CMCA accreditation is preferred .

The duties of a Portfolio Community Association Manager may vary from day-to-day and include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Act in accordance with company standards and procedures in all business-related aspects
• Vendor & maintenance management, routine inspections
• Managing all violation and Architectural Control processes
• Attend Board meetings, violation hearings, and other meetings in accordance with the contract between the Management Company and the Community.
• Review and respond to emails and telephone calls on a regular basis throughout the day and keep track of communications.
• Prepare correspondence, organize association meetings, and perform other administrative tasks.
• Work swiftly when a resolution is needed for the homeowner and the board on community-related issues.
• Play an integral part in planning and implementation of programs and solutions for managed communities.
