Data Center Chief Engineer

· Recruiting technical staff that have sufficient skills and experience to support the critical facility.· Effectively use staff by assigning responsibilities best suited to their capabilities· 15+ years of relevant work experience in critical Data Centers· 3+ years of relevant work experience in a senior supervisory role within a critical Data Center· Knowing what “success” looks like.
