Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting internal and external communications, developing content, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, articulate, and passionate about communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement communication strategies and campaigns.
- Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications.
- Support the development of company presentations, reports, and newsletters.
- Assist in organizing press releases, announcements, and media kits.
- Monitor and track communication metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with different departments to align communication goals.
- Respond to communication-related inquiries and requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
