Nurse Practitioner (PRN) - Cleveland, OH

Position Summary We are hiring a PRN Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a mixing-focused role based in Strongsville, Ohio. The role is fully office-based and does not involve travel to patient sites or direct patient visits. It is ideal for detail-oriented providers with strong IV therapy knowledge who thrive in a structured clinical environment and are passionate about maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and mix IV hydration and medication therapies in accordance with clinical protocols. Maintain strict sterile compounding and infection control standards. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance in all IV preparations. Follow all regulatory, safety, and documentation requirements. Maintain organized inventory and assist with supply monitoring. Communicate effectively with internal clinical and operational teams. Support continuous quality improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively while maintaining strong attention to detail and accountability. Required Qualifications Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or related) required. Minimum 2 years of IV therapy or infusion experience. Strong understanding of sterile technique and infusion best practices. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
