Job DetailsQualifications:Understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviors.Ability to navigate technology and apps to collect data and communicate with supervisorsAbility to provide one on one ABA therapyWorking in accordance with a teamUnderstand how to take feedback and improve the skill setBe willing to travel to various locations within the employment area.Ability to lift 50 lbs. or moreMaintain client confidentialityAbility to uphold all laws, regulations and company policy.Proof of a negative TB testAbility to pass a background check and prove auto insuranceCalm demeanor under pressureMust be willing to have all behavior modules and/or 40-hour in-house training completed through Mercy PlusTransportation may be required for certain clientsAfter training week you will be scheduled Part time based on your Availability and Client need.
