It analyzes and translates complex data into clear insights, helping leadership monitor budgets, track accruals, perform reconciliations, and forecast future performance. This role also partners cross-functionally with Finance, Recruiting, People Operations, and Sales to implement program updates, manage incentive policies, and ensure systems reflect the firm’s evolving needs.Ultimately, this position helps ensure the mentorship program operates efficiently, remains scalable and data-driven, and provides leadership with the insights needed to make informed decisions.**Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities****Data Analysis, Reporting & Systems Management*** Build and maintain all master files and support internal incentive reviews.* Develop and manage automation processes, validation files, data summaries, and analytics (hours, LOA, and review tracking).* Enhance and maintain core workbooks and reporting tools to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.* Partner with People Operations, Recruiting, and Sales Operations to implement firmwide updates across systems and review processes.**Budget Analysis & Financial Oversight*** Conduct monthly budget reviews, identifying reclasses and reconciliation items for Finance and internal team review.* Provide visual analytics and insights on participant budget usage throughout the fiscal year.* Support allowance approvals and monitor control processes to reinforce responsible budget utilization.**Matching & Headcount Management*** Partner with Recruiting to ensure accurate system updates for the mentorship matching process.* Confirm monthly headcount with the internal team and report accruals to Finance.**Incentive Policy & Forecast Management*** Maintain and update internal incentive policies, ensuring current documentation is reflected on the firm’s intranet site.* Partner with Finance to communicate incentive changes to manage the internal incentive budget and forecasting process.Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Required Qualifications* 4 Year Degree from Accredited University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.* 3+ years of Professional Experience* Strong analytic and problem-solving skills* Superior written and verbal communication skills* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, growth-oriented environment with a high energy level* Ability to work in a collaborative environment with demanding and high-quality expectations* Team player with a strong desire to be an active, long-term participant in the overall growth of the Firm* Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to Firm’s vision* Strong intangibles aligning with* Strong values aligned with our Culture (Fairness, Honesty, Trustworthy, Respectful, Flexible, Strong Work Ethic)* Ability and willingness to work in a Siegfried office as required for an average of four days per week in accordance with Siegfried's then-current policy (This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of management)FLSA/At-Will Employment* This position is an exempt position under FLSA* This position is and will remain at-will in nature* Learn more about our**Company Overview**Siegfried is a unique career choice, and we invest deeply in our people and believe in their potential.
