TitanScan Security Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled and disciplined Field Service Technician to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of advanced security screening systems including X-ray inspection systems, metal detection technologies and contraband screening equipment.

This role requires strong electro-mechanical aptitude, safety discipline and the ability to operate independently in regulated and high-security environments.

This is not a bench technician role --- this is a field-based, customer-facing technical position.

Key Responsibilities :

·         Install, commission and calibrate security screening systems.

·         Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.

·         Diagnose electrical, mechanical and control system faults.

·         Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

·         Replace and repair system components.

Field Deployment

·         Operate independently.

·         Travel within Texas and occasionally out-of-state

·         Manage parts inventory and field stock.

·         Complete service calls efficiently while communicating clearly with site personnel and administrators.

·         Provide technical explanation of issues and corrective actions

·         Represent TitanScan Security Group, Inc. professionally and retaining safety compliance.

Documentation & Compliance

·         Maintain detailed, audit-ready service reports.

·         Follow electrical and radiation safety protocols.

·         Adhere to customer site regulations and security procedures.

·         Support warranty and lifecycle service tracking.

Customer Interaction

·         Educate customers on how to use and maintain their equipment in security regulated environments

Qualifications

·         3+ years’ experience in industrial, electro-mechanical or field service roles.

·         Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

·         Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.

·         Strong safety awareness.

·         Valid driver's license.

·         Willingness to travel.

Preferred

·         Experience with X-ray or screening systems.

·         HVAC, electrical or industrial certifications.

·         Experience in regulated or government environments.

·         OSHA certification.
