Customer Service Administrator

Interstate Batteries is hiring an energetic, relationship focused Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team in Milford, MA. This CSA position will be 100% onsite with the expected hours of 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday.

About the position

The Customer Service Administrator will answer customer calls to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our dealers might face, with accuracy and efficiency. This individual will collaborate with our local Wholesale teams to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible. Our Customer Service Administrator is expected to provide Outrageous Customer Service and be the expert in their role.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outrageous customer service by achieving 95% customer satisfaction
• First point of contact for incoming calls
• Answer all inbound customer calls for multiple locations, in a timely manner
• Prioritize calls/orders according to urgency and importance
• Quote pricing to Customers placing phone orders
• Gather all necessary information/details and communicate it clearly to all relevant parties
• Resolve any potential issues in a timely, professional and friendly manner to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
• Monitor & keep current all channels of customer ordering, including phones, in-person, email, Chat & HotStotSheet.com
• Work with GM to create Daily Dealer Talk docus for RSMs
• Track RSM/Sales activity in SalesForce
• Work with internal departments to ensure database(s) is current and accurate
• Collaborate with internal departments on accurate pricing strategy
• Provide internal support to various departments
• Other projects & tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service & communications skills
• Energetic, positive, outgoing attitude
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions
• Experience in a call center is helpful, but not required
• Strong computer, internet, phone skills required
• Demonstrated passionate customer focus with desire to foster positive relationships
• Desire to work as a team to achieve desired outcomes
