Join a well-established steel manufacturing facility where your mechanical curiosity turns into real-world skill. On our 1st shift team, you will learn by doing, collaborate with experienced assemblers, and see steel components come together under your hands.

A day in the life

You clock in, review the day's build plan with a lead assembler, and get to work assembling steel parts and equipment. You handle tools with care, ask smart questions, and help the team hit production goals while keeping the work area safe and orderly.

What you'll do

• Assist with mechanical assembly of steel components and equipment
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to support build tasks
• Follow direction from lead assemblers and supervisors to complete work accurately
• Position, align, and secure parts with bolts, clamps, and related fasteners
• Handle materials and stage parts to keep projects moving
• Maintain a clean, organized work area aligned with safety standards
• Support other departments as needed to help meet production targets

What you bring

• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn assembly processes
• Comfort using basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and grinders
• Ability to read and follow simple diagrams or written instructions
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and careful attention to detail
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Positive, team-focused communication and attitude
